Driver-helper AnExtraHand.org Frostproof, FL 33843 Job Summary We are seeking dedicated and reliable Drivers/helpers to assist our delivery and helper team in providing exceptional service. This job is Ai Proof! The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and efficient deliveries, pickups, and dropoff’s of our clients, while maintaining a high standard of customer assistance. This position requires physical stamina, a little teamwork, and a commitment to safety and respect for our clients. On some jobs, you can even bring your kids. Responsibilities Help our clients with whatever they need inside and around their homes transport them to various places such as shopping, doctors, etc. Provide excellent customer service addressing any customer inquiries or concerns. Operate and maintain cleanliness in your vehicle, and organization of the same. Follow all safety protocols and regulations while on the road and during activities. Navigate routes to ensure timely deliveries, pickups, drop-offs, and assisted help in or around the client homes. Requirements Previous experience driving around your own neighbourhood and venturing out of it. You don’t necessarily need a car. You can walk, bike or take a bus, when clients don’t need to be driven or have things picked up. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Ability to lift packages (up to 45 pounds) and perform small physical tasks throughout the day. Valid driver’s license/insurance when using a vehicle; experience driving vehicles is advantageous but not absolutely necessary if you’re not driving a car Knowledge of local routes is beneficial. Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings or late evenings, as needed.
