Helper/Laborer Mr Fix All of St. Augustine 1054 State Road 206 East, Saint Augustine, FL 32086 Job Summary We are seeking a reliable Helper/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work as part of a 2 man, or larger, team and follow the directions of the lead technician they will be assisting. This role requires a proactive individual who can tackle a variety of jobs while assisting the technician in charge of the jobs at hand. •Must have your own reliable vehicle. Having your own set of hand tools greatly helps•Responsibilities Assist lead technicians in performing general repairs and maintenance tasks around residential or commercial properties. Utilize tools and equipment effectively. Assist lead technicians in fixing plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and installations. Paint walls, doors, and other surfaces to maintain aesthetic appeal. Assemble furniture and fixtures according to specifications. Assist lead tech or other team members in areas needed (demo, transport of materials, etc). Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times. Skills Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot various issues. Knowledge of basic electrical systems and plumbing is essential. Excellent communication skills to interact with clients professionally. Ability to work as part of a team.
