This is a Full-Time Position. We are a small company with a main focus on commercial finish carpentry work. We’re looking for a full-time shop worker. We want someone who’s motivated and willing to learn. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door and pick up skills in woodworking, carpentry, and custom millwork. We work hard, but we keep things low-stress and attention on quality.

What You’ll Be Doing :

Tasks such as measuring, cutting, sanding, and finishing wood Prepping materials, organizing the shop, and keeping things tidy Loading/unloading deliveries and making sure we’ve got everything we need Setting up tools and machines Assisting with building and assembling custom wood pieces Keeping the workspace safe, clean, and efficient

What We’re Looking For :

If you’ve worked with hand tools or power tools before, that’s a plus, but not a deal-breaker Ability to lift heavy items (should be able to lift 80 lbs. min) and be on your feet during the day Reliability and a solid work ethic; we need people who show up on time and are ready to work Finishing experience is a plus A sense of humor and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed How to
