Non CDL Driver/Helper A&R Hauls LLC Atlanta, GA 30358 Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and motivated 2 Drivers 2 Helpers to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring timely deliveries and excellent customer service. This position involves operating various vehicles, including box trucks, to transport goods efficiently while adhering to safety regulations and company policies. Responsibilities Safely operate delivery vehicles, including box trucks, to transport goods to designated locations. Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and securing of items during transit. Follow assigned routes and schedules while maintaining timely deliveries. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients during pickups and deliveries. Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safe operation. Utilize equipment such as pallet jacks for efficient loading and unloading of products. Maintain accurate delivery records, including logs of mileage, fuel usage, and delivery confirmations. Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving. Requirements Previous experience in courier or delivery driving is preferred. Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients. Experience in route driving with knowledge of local roadways is beneficial. Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks associated with moving cargo. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience is an advantage. Must be able to pass background checks as required by company policy.
