Position Summary:

We are looking for motivated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our field team. This role involves supporting various aspects of highway construction, including grading, pipe installation, concrete, and asphalt work.

Responsibilities:

Perform general labor duties on highway construction projects Assist with grading, pipe laying, asphalt paving, curb & gutter, and traffic control Operate small tools and equipment as needed (training provided) Follow directions from Foremen and Project Engineers Maintain clean and safe work zones Work outdoors in varying weather conditions Adhere strictly to safety rules and site policies

Qualifications:

Prior experience in roadwork, utilities, or sitework preferred but not required Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to work overtime when required Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred Must be authorized to work in the
