Key Responsibilities:

Supports and fosters safety and environmental compliance Understands and adheres to safe work practices, behaviors, and safe work environments Adheres to safety regulations, company policy, rules of conduct, governmental regulations, and good housekeeping procedures. Fosters good employee and team relations. Works in environmental extremes including both indoors and outside in heat and cold Performs manual labor tasks including but not limited to lifting, pulling, and pushing Works at heights and in confined spaces Shovels stock, lime, bark, and other materials Cleans U-drains Uses low- and high-pressure hoses to wash stock, equipment, and other areas of the mill Uses high presser air lance to blow bark, paper, debris, and materials from equipment and building facilities Operates fork truck, clamp truck, bobcat, backhoe, CAT 966 loader, and other heavy equipment Picks up paper and trash from mill building floors and mill areas Empties trash Fills in other department vacancies Performs other labor duties required within the department assigned.

Qualifications:

Highschool Diploma or GED Flexible to perform duties as assigned.
