Duties Assist skilled tradespeople in their tasks, providing support as needed. Perform general labor tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving materials. Maintain a clean and safe work area by following safety protocols and guidelines. Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision. Load and unload materials from trucks or storage areas. Follow directions from supervisors to ensure project specifications are met. Participate in team meetings and communicate effectively with team members. Qualifications Previous experience in a labor or helper role is preferred but not required. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Basic knowledge of hand tools and safety practices is a plus.
