Full Job Description Job Summary:

Southern Trace Country Club is looking for a Shop Assistant to join our team in Shreveport, LA. This position will be responsible for assisting the Equipment Manager with the daily operations of the shop.

Essential Functions:

Assist Shop Manager with maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the shop. Help maintain a safe and orderly work environment. Assist in the daily operations of the shop by performing basic cleaning duties, repair and service equipment as assigned, and other tasks as directed by Equipment Manager. Maintain a positive work environment by demonstrating teamwork and good communication skills with co-workers. Perform other tasks as directed by Equipment Manager.

Qualifications:

Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to work in confined spaces. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Must be able to follow directions and work independently as well as within a team environment.
