$44.9K – $56.3K a year 14 hours ago Qualifications Mid-level Team management Full Job Description We are seeking a Foremen, Crew Leads, & Laborers to join our growing company. The ideal candidate for this position has a background in fence installation, has experience managing a team and is capable of handling multiple tasks at once. We’re looking for hard-working individuals that are dependable, willing to learn new skills and understand that they’re an integral part of our team. Responsibilities will vary for each position: Works closely with the Management to understand all aspects of the project, issues and time frames. Supervise and work hand in hand with a team to complete specific fencing jobs (all types) providing directions to workers on the order of tasks to be performed. Plan daily tasks and work schedules so that conflicts do not occur. Will be responsible for all equipment and materials, including items such as a work truck and skid steer. Constant communication with the Owner to monitor progress. Must track and maintain the inventory of supplies and materials to ensure that vital materials are ordered and delivered in a timely manner to meet production schedule. Responsible for communicating site rules regarding safety procedures and enforcing those rules. 10 hour shifts and travel required. Other duties as assigned and needed.
