If you can buff, skive ( if you don’t know, you’ll learn what the heck a skive is on the job), patch, and prep like a champ, we want you. What you’ll do:

• Inspect tires like a detective on a mission
• Strip old tread and buff things smooth
• Patch, fill, and finesse rubber back to life
• Skive edges like a sculptor with a blade
• Keep machines happy and humming
• Stay safe, stay sharp, and look out for your crew What you bring:
• Hands-on skills with tools and tires
• A sharp eye and a steady hand
• Muscle for the heavy lifting (we tag team the big stuff)
