We’re looking for someone who can smooth rough edges and give old tires a second chance at life, and handle machines like a pro. If you can buff, skive ( if you don’t know, you’ll learn what the heck a skive is on the job), patch, and prep like a champ, we want you.
What you’ll do:
Inspect tires like a detective on a mission
Strip old tread and buff things smooth
Patch, fill, and finesse rubber back to life
Skive edges like a sculptor with a blade
Keep machines happy and humming
Stay safe, stay sharp, and look out for your crew
What you bring:
Hands-on skills with tools and tires
