The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that all areas are hygienic and welcoming. This role is essential in creating a safe and pleasant atmosphere for both employees and visitors. This role also consists of stripping and waxing floors. Duties Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure high standards of hygiene. Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with company policies. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages or needs for replenishment. Follow safety procedures while using cleaning equipment and chemicals. Respond promptly to requests for additional cleaning services or special projects. Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standard. Experience Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required. Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and safety protocols is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Good time management skills to complete tasks within designated time frames. Ability to follow instructions and adhere to established cleaning schedules.
