• Operate and maintain equipment involved in sand processing
• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
• Perform regular inspections and basic maintenance on machinery
• Keep work areas clean, safe and organized
• Follow safety protocols and report issues promptly
• Assist with general plant operations as neededRequirements
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Previous experience in industrial or plant settings is a plus
• Forklift or equipment operation experience is helpful but not required
