Site Development Contractor Hiring for Estimators, Operators, and Laborers Land Management & Maintenance Co. LLC Kernersville, NC 27284 We are a rapidly expanding family business who values respect, communication, honesty, and hard work. Estimators will be estimating budgets for various aspects of both commercial and residential projects.

Requirements :

Must have at least 5 years of expierience with estimating both commercial and residential projects Must have a valid North Carolina Drivers License. Must have job references. Pay is based on experience. Operators will be operating heavy equipment such as a bulldozer, trackhoe, skid steer, and loader to complete site development tasks for various projects both commercial and residential.

Requirements:

Must have at least 3 years experience operating heavy equipment. Must have a valid North Carolina Drivers License. Must have job references. Pay is based on experience. Laborers will be completing various tasks pertaining to site development for various projects including both commercial and residential.

Requirements:

Experience is preferred. Training will be provided for the right candidate. Must have a valid North Carolina Drivers License. Must have job references. Pay is based on experience.
