Accentuate Staffing is assisting a growing CNC Shop in theRaleigh area who is hiring a Machine Shop Laborer to join theirteam. This is a contract-hire opportunity working 7am-3:45pmMonday-Friday. The ideal candidate will assist in the finishingprocess, utilizing grinding and air tools to ensure the highestquality of fabricated parts. Responsibilities:
Use grinding tools to smooth edges and surfaces of machinedparts. Operate air tools to clean and prepare parts for final productionstages. Inspect parts for quality and ensure they meet specifications. Assist in maintaining organized workstations and shopcleanliness. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals anddeadlines.
Requirements:
Experience with grinding tools and air tools a plus. Previous manufacturing experience a plus. Ability to read and follow work instructions andspecifications. Strong attention to detail and focus on quality. Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 50pounds. Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and processes.
