The Racker/Packer will work 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. and will be responsible for packing products into racks or trays in preparation for shipment or storage. This position requires strong attention to detail, manual dexterity and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately pack product onto racks or trays as per company standards. Ensure that all products are correctly labeled and organized for easy identification. Inspect product for quality issues or defects before packing. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficiency and safety. Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to minimize accidents and injuries. Work with other team members to meet daily packing goals and production deadlines. Communicate any issues or concerns with supervisor or warehouse management. Assist with inventory management by counting and tracking products.
Working Conditions:
Must be able to work in a warehouse setting, which may include exposure to varying temperatures and humidity, Requires standing, bending and lifting for extended periods.

$16.00 – $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
