Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Yard Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized yard environment. You will work with various tools and equipment to ensure that the yard is safe and efficient for operations. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

DutiesPerform general yard maintenance including cleaning, organizing, and maintaining equipment.

Operate yard machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other tools as needed.

Assist in loading and unloading materials from trucks or containers.

Ensure that all safety protocols are followed while working in the yard.

Conduct regular inspections of yard equipment to identify any maintenance needs.

Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.

RequirementsPrevious experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required. Ability to operate basic yard machinery; training will be provided.

Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting. Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
