Job Description
⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Driver Helper with Truck that can pull Trailer or Box Truck Saturdays (Brooklyn) compensation: 23 per hour employment type: job title: Box Truck/Mover Looking for someone with a box truck or a truck that can pull large trailer to help me go into New Jersey and get furniture 1-2 Saturdays a month with the opportunity to grow as our business grows. Must have plenty of experience in driving large vehicles in the city. Must have plenty of experience using tie downs and ratchet straps and must be able to help me lift sometimes very heavy wooden furniture on and off the truck. Same day pay always. Pay is $20 per hour to start and will grow to $23 an hour after the first couple of runs if you’re a good fit. 10-12 hours on average with same day pay. Mileage will be reimbursed at 40 cents per mile, and all tolls will be covered by me as well. Preference will be for someone with an EZ pass. Payment will be via Venmo or Zelle. You will be paid as an independent Contractor with your own vehicle and own equipment if you have it. Further opportunities making local deliveries for me are a possibility if you’re interested.
