Schedule:

Day shift: Mon

• Thursday 6am
• 4:30pm, some overtime as needed. Evening shift schedule is Monday
• Thursday, 3pm-1:30am. Night Shift schedule is Sunday Night
• Friday Morning, 11pm
• 7:30am

Pay Rate:

$17.20/hr. Pay differential of 8% offered for Evening & Night shift= $18.58/hr Temp to hire position

• Position expected to become a permanent placement if the candidate meets all expectations and proves to be reliable.

Responsibilities:

Glass Cutter Position involves lifting large sheets of glass by a device. Setting up the glass and adjusting the cutting table / CNC Machine and breaking apart the smaller pieces of glass. Glass Seamer will be responsible for preparing and seaming glass products to ensure durability, quality, and safety by inspecting glass for defects & maintaining equipment.

De-Bagger:

Removing laminated glass from autoclave racks and will be responsible for the safe and efficient removal of glass products from bagging materials, carefully removing glass items from bags to prevent damage, prior to quality inspection.

Potting:

This role involves preparing glass materials, ensuring quality control during the potting process, and adhering to safety and production standards. Key tasks include mixing potting compounds, applying materials to glass components, and performing routine maintenance on potting equipment.

Qualifications:

Must be able to lift 50 to 80 pounds continuously during shifts. Previous manufacturing experience is preferred. Must be reliable and attend shifts on time!
