Laborer J.M.Kuneman Construction, Inc. Erie, PA 16506 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various jobsite operations, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and safely. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Set-up work areas with the proper materials and quantities. Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently, including mortear mixers, masonry saws,pallet jacks, skid steer and telehandlers. Participate in a clean and organized work site. Build and assemble scafolding as needed, following specific instructions and guidelines. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and objectives. Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues when necessary. Requirements Previous experience in labor roles is preferred but not required. Ability to operate pallet jacks and order pickers safely. Familiarity with inventory control processes is beneficial. Must be able to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
