This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by performing a variety of tasks that support daily activities. Duties Perform general maintenance and cleaning tasks throughout the facility to ensure a safe and organized environment. Assist in the setup and breakdown of equipment and materials for various operations. Support team members in various departments as needed, demonstrating flexibility in task assignments. Monitor inventory levels of supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment. Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain compliance with health regulations. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving operational efficiency. Skills Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Basic mechanical skills or familiarity with tools is a plus. Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting, standing, or walking for extended periods.
