Irrigation Supervisor Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Entry-Level Irrigation Worker (or experienced) to join our irrigation team at our family-owned and operated business of 40 years, Spring Green Irrigation & Landscape Lighting . This position involves assisting with the installation, maintenance, and repair of irrigation systems to ensure optimal water distribution for residential, commercial, or public properties. No prior experience is required—on-the-job training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the installation of irrigation systems, including piping, sprinkler heads, valves, and timers Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs of irrigation systems Identify and report damaged components or irregularities Use basic hand and power tools safely and effectively Dig trenches and backfill areas as needed for installation or repair Follow directions from the supervisor and work collaboratively with team members Ensure work areas are clean and comply with safety standards Occasionally install landscape lighting systems– training would be provided

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Strong attention to detail and work ethic Basic mechanical aptitude or interest in learning trade skills Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions Valid driver’s license (preferred but not required)

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Stamina to walk, bend, kneel, and perform physical labor for extended periods Comfortable working in varying weather conditions
