The ideal candidate will work closely with the driver to ensure timely deliveries, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and provide excellent customer service. This role is essential in supporting our logistics operations and ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately. Duties Assist the driver in loading and unloading goods from the vehicle. Ensure that all items are secured properly for transport. Help navigate routes and communicate with the driver regarding delivery schedules. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle. Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns from customers. Operate equipment such as pallet jacks when necessary to facilitate loading and unloading. Support the driver in completing necessary paperwork related to deliveries. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while on duty. Requirements Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks and other loading/unloading tools. Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Must be physically capable of lifting heavy items and performing manual labor as required. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
