Summary We are seeking a Drivers Helper to join our team at Goodwill Industries in Knoxville, TN. In this role, you will assist our drivers in delivering goods and providing excellent service to our community. Your contributions will directly support our mission of helping individuals achieve independence through work. Responsibilities Assist the driver with loading and unloading of goods from the vehicle. Help navigate routes and ensure timely deliveries to various locations. Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and pickups. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle and equipment. Communicate effectively with the driver and other team members throughout the delivery process. Adhere to safety protocols while operating equipment and handling goods. This is a FT position with benefits, hours are typically 8:00-4:30 M-F.
