Industrial Laborer Southern Industrial Service Athens, TN 37303 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborers, Steel erectors, scaffold builders and welders to join our team in a fast-paced industrial setting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and be able to perform various tasks that contribute to the assembly and fabrication of steel and industrial scaffold . This role requires physical stamina, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Responsibilities knowledge to Assemble industrial Scaffolding and steel components according to specifications and quality standards. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for various tasks. Assist in the fabrication of products as required, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Perform routine maintenance on equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the warehouse or factory environment. Follow all safety guidelines and regulations while performing job duties. Qualifications Previous experience in a Industrial facility setting is preferred. Familiarity with industrial processes and techniques is an asset. Mechanical knowledge, including the ability to operate forklifts, hand tools, and power tools effectively. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods of time. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
