General Skilled Laborer 2.3 2.3 out of 5 stars Lebanon, TN 37087 The General Skilled Laborer contributes to the overall success of the company by performing duties in a safe and professional manner related to their assigned division(s) – paving, milling, sealcoating, striping, base & stone, and concrete. This role involves performing various tasks that require physical strength and technical skills in a fast-paced environment. Duties Perform duties in accordance with DOT, local and commercial specifications. Provide labor support for specialty crew and willing to cross train.

Operate heavy machinery which includes:

company vehicles, skid steers, paver, roller, milling machine, grader, and etc. (All depending on the assigned crew.) Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Assist in the assembly and installation of structures or equipment. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors promptly. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge. Perform other duties assigned. Experience Previous experience in paving, milling, grading, and/or sealcoating and striping is a highly preferred, but not required. Must be able to work weekends. Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds). Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. A commitment to following safety guidelines and protocols at all times.
