Job Description
Job Description Provides timely response of customer inquiries up to and including pick-ups, schedules, product orders, and all other aspects of a customer’s needs. Dispatches vehicles on a pre-set route for each CSR on a daily basis in the interest of efficient customer service . Primary Responsibilities (Essential Functions): Assist walk-in customers as needed. Assist with routine handheld/printer availability and operations. Build and print routes for drivers on a daily basis, including but not limited to shipping documents, route sheets, and barcode labels. Dispatch drivers for extra or missed pick-ups, and ensure that routes are balanced on a daily basis. Assist Customer Service with customer requests, route changes, and rescheduling for pickups/missed stops. Monitor operations and work of all Customer Service Reps. Monitor and escalate CIC’s to supervisor Review driver paperwork (VCR and log book) and file paperwork. Debrief drivers in accordance with written SOP’s. Complete consolidated manifests for trailer shipments. Forwards VCR (Vehicle Condition Report) reports to Transportation Supervisor/Manager for maintenance request. Assist drivers with problems/issues as issues arise. Create load sheets, prepare reviews and stamp all manifests. Track and input DOT hours in JJ Keller and update SAP data. Monitor company policies and procedures and communicate to staff, as necessary. In the absence of a manager/supervisor, monitor and ensure that employees are performing their functions safely and productively. Oversee and participate in the maintenance of DOT Log Files and Vehicle Condition Reports for all CSRs and equipment. Ensure

Logs and VCR logs are accurate and complete; must maintain DOT files and download PDTs. Performs other reasonably related tasks as assigned by management.
Basic Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED 2+ years of related transportation/logistics experience preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of related transportation/logistics experience preferred. Knowledge of waste routing and disposal of Hazardous Materials. Knowledge of DOT, EPA, and State Waste Regulations. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 – $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
