As a Fleet Operations Support Specialist, you will be responsible for answering breakdown calls, handling Telematics issues, and coordinating maintenance for a trucking company. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the company’s fleet, minimizing downtime, and maximizing productivity. You will be the main point of contact for drivers and other stakeholders when it comes to resolving breakdowns, addressing Telematics related concerns, and scheduling maintenance tasks. This position requires strong communication skills, technical expertise, and excellent organizational skills to effectively manage and resolve issues in a timely manner. Experience in Cetaris & Samsara is plus!
