Responsibilities

PURPOSE OF POSITION

Plans and establishesproduction schedules under direct supervision

MAJORRESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for managing an accurate productionschedule in Oracle, including adjusting based on productionefficacy, sales priority, material availability and engineeringreadiness Responsible for managing open slots in the schedule withSales and Production May coordinate the ordering and delivery formajor components (units, bodies, and chassis) Communicatesregularly with Production and Sales expected completion anddelivery dates, now orders, open slots, and other informationcritical to meeting customer expectations Participates in regularmeeting with Production, downstream customers, and the majorcomponent supply teams as needed Smoothing a schedule based uponpre-determined load capacity Duties and responsibilities may varyby location to balance scheduling elements for operationsefficiency All other duties as assigned

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, ANDSKILLS REQUIRED

High School diploma or equivalent requiredBachelor’s Degree and/or

CPIM/APICS

certification preferredScheduling experience preferred Microsoft Office Suite experiencepreferred; Excel & Word preferred
