This role will require establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, sub-contractors, vendors, and transportations partners to ensure various projects are performed as expected. As a project coordinator this role may require focus on projects as needed, such as the performance of the remote monitoring operations and more.

Key Responsibilities Projects Assist Project Managers :

Collaborate with project managers to develop comprehensive action plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.

Administrative Support:

Handle various administrative tasks such as maintaining project documentation, scheduling meetings, and managing project-related communications.

Monitor Project Progress :

Track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring that projects stay on schedule and within budget.

Stakeholder Communication :

Serve as a liaison between project teams and stakeholders, providing updates and addressing any concerns that arise during the project lifecycle.

Risk Management :

Identify potential risks and issues and assist in developing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.

Collaboration :

Work with functional teams, project teams, and subject matter experts to assess and develop training and/or project needs.

Strategic Planning :

Participate in planning sessions to design learning and development strategies.

Prepare Training Materials :

Develop training outlines, scripts, and evaluation materials.

Evaluate Training Needs :

Assess the training needs of employees and develop an appropriate curriculum.

Deliver Training :

Conduct training sessions in a compelling manner to enhance employee skills and retention.

Logistics Supplier and Vendor Relations :

Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, carriers, and vendors to facilitate smooth logistics operations and negotiate contracts with various service providers.

Order Management :

Prepare, route, and manage purchase orders, ensuring all shipment materials are reviewed before distribution.

Transportation Coordination :

Collaborate with transportation systems to ensure prompt shipment pick-ups/deliveries and monitor shipment costs and productivity processes.

Documentation and Compliance :

Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including bills of lading and customs forms, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Tracking and Reporting :

Monitor the progress of shipments, resolve issues during transportation, and keep customers and team members informed of delivery times. Track logistics costs and report on budget adherence.
