  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Experience and expertise in providing developmental system testing support for the Integrated Air Missile Defense IAMD weapon system, SHORAD, and or Ground-based missile systems.
  • Possess a working knowledge and ability to understand and interpret system functioning of the Integrated Battle Command Station IBCS functionality used in an Army common S-280 shelter, or other tactical missile system layouts or designs.
  • Ability to understand and interpret various wiring diagrams, schematics, technical and commercial manuals for power, signal interconnections, ancillary equipment and power generation equipment.
  • Determine shortcomings and malfunctions in electronic, electrical, mechanical and electro-mechanical circuit elements, gyroscopes, sights and fire control components and perform sustainment level adjustments and repairs of components to specific tolerances.
  • Knowledge in technology assessments, system surveys, system integration, COTS items, components to resolve operational issues.
  • Able to perform extensive travel (25-50%) to various Army Installations/DoD Testing sites to support system flight/battle simulations training, maintenance or other operational activities in support of system lifecycles.
  • Must have a working knowledge of the Army Materiel Maintenance Management principles and policies to monitor, conduct, and document organizational, operator, or sustainment level maintenance performed or rendered.
  • Operate Army/DoD FMTV trucks equipped with load handling systems (LHS), or other similarly mounted missile systems.
  • Must possess a Commercial Driver License CDL or the ability to obtain one.
  • Ability to supervise subordinates to include perform assignments that are not completely standardized or prescribed. Working knowledge and experience in system lifecycle logistics fundamentals highly preferred.
  • Adhere to the company’s AS9100 and quality policies, procedures and guidelines.

  • Related Military Occupational Series (SHORAD, Ground-based weapon systems or Material Maintenance Specialties) or related trade course.
  • Experience:
  • 7 years in related MOS or 5 years in technical trade.
  • Supervisory experience preferred. Secret security clearance is required. CDLs are also required.
