IMB ELM SME

to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary subject matter expert for the IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management suite, including: IBM Engineering Workflow Management (EWM) IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM) IBM Rhapsody Perform all administrative functions for the IBM Engineering tools, including user management, license management, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting. Provide technical support and training to engineering teams on the effective use of the IBM Engineering tools. Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement. Develop and maintain documentation related to the IBM Engineering tools and processes. Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure the seamless integration of the IBM Engineering tools with other systems. Manage and maintain the DB2 database associated with the IBM Engineering tools. Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures. Stay up-to-date on the latest IBM Engineering tools and technologies.

Education and Experience:

Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience: Must have 6, or more, direct IT experience Must have experience as an IBM Engineering SME, with in-depth knowledge of: IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM) IBM Engineering Workflow Management (EWM) IBM Rhapsody Must have experience with performing administrative tasks and providing support for the IBM Engineering tools. Must have experience with DB2 database administration and management. Must have a current DoD 8570 IAT Level II, or higher, Certification such as CompTIA Security+ CE Must have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance The successful candidate will: Quickly adapt to new situations. Willing to work late night maintenance windows to support patching. Have a strong commitment to a team environment. Have a willingness to learn new technologies. Be able to de-conflict requests/requirements. Be able to work independently with minimal supervision, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Other Position Requirements:

Proof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency is a requirement for this position. Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation. Must be able to obtain the level of required clearance by date of hire. Must be able to travel, including air travel. Must have a valid Drivers License.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week and offers a flexible work schedule Monday through Friday during core business hours.
