In this role, you will assist Trade Compliance Managers with processing export shipments. This is a hybrid role at our Huntsville, AL. facility. You will report to the Global Export Compliance Manager. Key Responsibilities Responsible for accurate processing of Export shipping documents. Filing Electronic Export Information (EEI) in the Automated Export System (AES). Support internal data reviews, and check for mistakes in all shipping documents. Perform periodic audits from both a procedural and transactional perspective. Experience with Commercial Invoices, Bills of Lading, and Power of Attorney. Qualifications US Person High School Diploma or equivalent Meticulous and detail-oriented mindset Strong Excel skills Familiarity with ACE is advantageous Proficient in Incoterms #LI-Hybrid PPG pay ranges and benefits can vary by location which allows us to compensate employees competitively in different geographic markets.
