Basic Skills and Competency Requirements Preferred:
Management of Material and Vendors during Proposal Phase of Program Creation of Proposal Bill of Materials (PBOM) Proposal Phase capacity planning with Control Account Managers (CAMs) Management of material: Input program materials into Master Parts List (ERP) to initiate sourcing, Purchase Request (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) process Management of direct project material per the WBS and Schedule Scheduling of long lead material and Need-to-Buy dates Understanding cash flow projections with material needs compared to vendor terms Management of material dates for changing requirements/schedule
Bill of Material Management:
Creation of E-BOMs to ensure all material have been acquired to execute contractual requirements
Proficiency:
Engineering Drawing Interpretation
REQUIRED
Costpoint proficiency
REQUIRED
Management of Schedule Develop and maintain IMS Management of Master Program Schedule (enterprise) and significant material (A-Kits, Long leads, etc.
Reporting:
Establish a program reporting rhythm Reporting material (open commitments, received material, not yet purchased, etc.) as it pertains to the program schedule Required financial reports to the Finance Team (Current, Projected, ETC)
