Be part of our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Ventus Solutions is seeking a skilled Logistician to support an innovative program office. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing logistics planning and post-delivery support for newly constructed U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) cutters. This role includes managing technical documentation, supporting post-delivery availabilities, and assisting with configuration and sustainment planning. The candidate will assist in the research, preparation and drafting of routine support documentation. Join our innovative team and contribute to impactful national security initiatives.

Required Experience:
Post-Delivery Logistician:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in event planning. Knowledge of ship construction and post-delivery operations. Experience with logistics scheduling, availability coordination, and government acquisition documentation.
Logistics Support Specialist:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics analysis or support functions. Familiarity with technical documentation review, maintenance planning, and configuration management. Understanding of ILS principles and Coast Guard policies. Comfortable attending weekly and monthly meetings.
Desired Experience:
Familiarity with DoD or USCG acquisition logistics processes. Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Excel, and data tracking tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage concurrent tasks and work under time-sensitive deadlines.
