Full Job Description Overview:

LOGISTICS COORDINATOR

(GIS): Bowhead seeks a Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Mobile, AL to support the Geographical Information Systems Program (GIS) within the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Mobile District, Spatial Data Branch.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with dredge operators, systems providers, and DQM team to schedule QA checks. Coordinated logistics for QA checks. Maintains paperwork and databases related to QA checks. Prepare documentation for government compliance, ensuring adherence to regulations.

Qualifications:

Associates degree PLUS one to two (1-2+) years of relevant experience. Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts. Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team.

Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time Must be able to twist, bend, and squat periodically

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED
