Role:

As a Logistics Specialist, you will enhance product workflow by developing and executing logistics plans that impact production, distribution, and inventory. You’ll ensurepliance with international shipping regulations and collaborate across teams to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage logistics across all transportation modes: sea, air, road, and rail (LCL, FCL, Special Equipment). Ensurepliance with hazardous shipping regulations (IATA, IMDG, DOT). Ad to U.S. export regulations and destination-specific requirements. Prepare international shipping and customs documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc.). Generate export declarations, shipper’s letters of instruction, and other required export documents. Collaborate with cross-functional teams andmunicate effectively with stakeholders. Present updates and insights to senior leadership as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Associate’s degree or equivalent experience. 0-2 years of experience in logistics or a related field. Strong knowledge of international transportation and exportpliance. Excellent coordination,munication, and presentation skills. Ability to prioritize tasks with a sense of urgency and accountability. This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) andor Export Administration Regulations (EAR). $38.00 per hour
