Position Overview:
The Distribution (DC) Associate is responsible for receiving and moving materials within the warehouse. As an integral part of the team, the DC Associate verifies inventory quantities, assists in inventory level maintenance, maintainsplete and accurate paperwork, and operates warehouse equipment safely.
Primary Responsibilities:
Mark pallets with identifying store information.
Use lift equipment (manual pallet jack for Worldpac or Forklift (CUSTOMER
WILL CERTIFY
) as needed once training and certification arepleted.
Pick and stage parts for store replenishment.
Use a hand-held radio frequency device (RF Scanner).
Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, instructions, and procedure manuals.
Use basic math accurately: add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers,mon fractions, and decimals.
Requirements:
Prior warehouse training or experience is preferred but not required.
Commitment to work the full scheduled shift.
Flexibility to help on other shifts is a nice-to-have.
Overtime, including weekends and holidays, may be requested with little notice.
Pay Details:
$17.70 per week
