Global and Local Sourcing and Supplier Management

• Identify and evaluate suppliers globally for automotive seat components and materials, ensuring compliance with company standards and international trade regulations
• Manage relationships with local suppliers for materials and components, negotiating contracts and ensuring a consistent supply of parts and materials needed for production
• Track supplier performance for both local and global suppliers, ensuring they meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as quality, cost, and delivery times;Local and Global Purchasing
• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies to ensure cost-effective purchasing of materials, components, and parts for seat structures while maintaining quality and meeting production timelines
• Oversee the local procurement process for materials, components, and services required for daily operations, balancing cost efficiency with reliability and quality
• Create and manage purchase orders for both local and international suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and adherence to contract terms and conditions
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with local and international suppliers, leveraging market data to secure competitive pricing and favorable contract terms;Purchasing Transportation and Logistics Management
• Manage the transportation needs for both local and international purchases, including selecting appropriate carriers and managing logistics providers for inbound shipments
