Responsibilities –

Korean/ English Bilingual Supply Chain Coordinator :

• Assist manufacturing plant in material/supplies sourcing and maintaining inventory level for production need
• Communicate with suppliers in regards to active orders, logistics tracking, issues with products, etc.
• Create purchase orders, ensure accuracy of orders, and follow up on any discrepancies or missing information
• Collaborate with other departments to determine future needs for materials / equipment / etc.
• Perform other duties as assigned Requirements –

Korean/ English Bilingual Supply Chain Coordinator :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 0-3 years of supply chain management experience in manufacturing industry
• Experience/ knowledge in industrial purchasing/ procurement is huge plus
• Proficient Microsoft Office suite
• Business-level in both Korean and English language skills are required
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation skills and time management is MUST
