Basic Job Functions:

This position is responsible for numerous production related duties and will work closely with the Production Supervisor(s) and Leads to ensure an organized and efficient flow of materials through the plant while meeting established daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly goals Job Duties Include but are not limited to: Input external customer orders and prepare associated production paperwork. Directs phone calls/emails and answers customer questions regarding scheduling/availability in a timely manner. Maintains records and files. Staying current on production schedule. Daily coordination with HQ regarding scheduling, billing and monthly financial reporting. Long Description Proven commitment to safety and quality standards. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, i.e., Excel, Outlook, and Word. Maintain professionalism, open communication, and display behaviors that help develop the team. High School diploma or equivalent.
