Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience /ined education.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance and obtain an interim secret clearance prior to starting.
Working knowledge of Material Resource Planning, Warehouse Management and Manufacturing Execution Systems.
Experience unicating with peers, leadership, and internal customers effectively on multiple platforms (face to-face, virtually, email, Teams, etc.)
Valid driver’s license.
Candidate must be able to pass a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (“ATF”) background check to obtain approval to be an “employee possessor” (of explosives or other ATF-regulated items) as defined by ATF regulations. Job Description
You will be a key member of the Production Planning and Control team at Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control’s (MFC) Pike County Operations site in Troy, AL. Our team is responsible for supporting the manufacturing of lex mechanical and electronic assemblies, ensuring efficient production operations and accurate inventory management.
What You Will Be Doing
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating activities associated with Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) transactions, maintaining production system integrity, and driving optimization. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including manufacturing, engineering, quality, and supply chain teams, to provide shop floor control and ensure deliverables meet production schedule requirements.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and coordinating MRP transactions to support final assembly and test production operations
- Coordinating with stakeholders to provide shop floor control on make parts
- Working with supply chain stakeholders to determine time-phased plans for parts and execute processes to meet production schedule requirements
- Participating in the change board process to coordinate changes to the BOM and impact to inventory and manufacturing processes with engineering

Demonstrated ability to work well in both a team environment and alone.
Demonstrated strong analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.
Green Belt certified.

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $57,400
- $101,200.
For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
