Production Coordinator SouthernDry Foundation Repair Pell City, AL 35125 The Market Production Coordinator is a key player on the SouthernDry team, ensuring smooth project execution from start to finish. Serving as the liaison between sales, accounting, and operations, this role is responsible for capturing all essential project details and maintaining an organized flow of information to support the successful completion of installation projects. This position requires a proactive, high-energy individual with strong organizational skills, critical thinking, and a customer-focused approach. The Market Production Coordinator works closely with the Sales team, Production Manager, Service Manager, and Market Manager to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This includes overseeing scheduling, confirming customer details, tracking payments, and ensuring that all project requirements are met on time. The role also involves managing customer communication, handling service opportunities, and collaborating on accounts receivables and financial processes. The Market Production Coordinator is a direct report to the Business Operations Manager but plays a pivotal role in the success of the Market, contributing to revenue goals, smooth project operations, and overall customer satisfaction. What you’ll do: Serves as the “owner” of assigned Market’s calendar. Ownership entails ensuring the Market’s weekly production schedule reaches maximum revenue opportunities and consistently achieves assigned budgets goals. This includes replacing cancelled or rescheduled jobs with revenue opportunities immediately once the change is known. Maintains calendar to include full data capture of all project details, changes, pertinent customer notes, etc. Reviews of design plans and contract prior to scheduling to identify discrepancies, additional information needed, and/or custom requests that will impact scheduling. Provides a Welcome Call to customers with confirmed contracts within 24 hours of receipt from Sales team. This call may or may not include the planned schedule date for the project. If not, a follow call is placed with dates and subsequent calls/emails are sent daily until the customer verifies the date is acceptable. This call should also include a review of all prep/demo required by the customer prior to arrival. Confirms all payment methods prior to mobilization of the project including any financing. Coordinate with the Sales team for any new financing applications and follow up that all are in place and for the full amount due prior to final appointment reminder call. Reschedule those customers who cannot confirm a payment method prior to mobilization. Champions the Five Star Communication plan with customers to confirm date/time of arrival, contractor coordination, finalize payment plans and prep work completions, which can include assistance with financing. Tracks and documents all customer phone calls, emails, and/or text messages though CRM ensuring that all assigned data entry deadlines are met and information is self-audited for accuracy and reliability. Handles customer service calls with poise and professionalism in a timely manner. Collaborates with the Service Department to effectively manage service sales revenue opportunities and scheduling including service dispatch. Uploads data entry and documents into CRM and other applicable databases in accordance with company standard operating procedure. Manages accounts receivables for assigned Market including but not limited to credit card processing and mobile banking deposits for payments collected and reconciliation to various accounting reports and data uploads daily. Assists with travel planning for crews working outside the Market as well as those visiting the Market to aide in production. This may include collaboration with other Production Coordinators and/or General Market Managers. Participates in company directed safety and policy trainings as needed. Other duties as assigned.

Skills/ Qualifications:

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular). Ability to learn new programs quickly. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to follow through and follow up on assigned tasks, internally and externally. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.

Job Requirements:

Must possess a valid driver license. Must have reliable transportation to home office daily. Be able to pass background check and drug screening. 1 year of experience in customer service Mature, trustworthy, dependable. Honesty & integrity. Good work ethic.
