Job Description:
Assist a logistics manager in coordinating the daily logistical functions of an automotive parts manufacturing company. Monitor warehouse inventory and track shipments to promote accurate and timely processing of orders for clients. Compile information and data including production rate, material inventory, material consumption, transportation, purchase, and customer’s information. Search and analyze ways to optimize inventory levels, maintain supply-chain efficiency, and minimize logistics cost. Collect and analyze clients’ complaints related to the distribution of products and inventory management, and ensure that the complaints are timely resolved. Report to the logistics manager as to the distribution process, distribution capacity, and inventory management status. Evaluate and compare the costs and benefits of different logistics strategies or suppliers to ensure cost-effective operations.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Management, or Business Administration
