What You’ll Do:

Coordinate and schedule the transport of vehicles from vendors to dealerships Ensure timely and accurate deliveries by following up with vendors and dealership managers Maintain up-to-date W-9 forms for all transportation vendors Process departmental invoices and route them for approval Track vendor performance using scorecards—monitoring pricing, delivery time, and product availability Support daily operations and take on additional responsibilities as assigned Adhere to all company policies and demonstrate our values of ethics and integrity Maintain regular and reliable attendance to ensure smooth logistics operations

What You Bring:

Strong organizational and communication skills Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Experience in logistics, transportation coordination, or a similar administrative role (preferred) Proficiency in using spreadsheets and tracking systems (a plus) A team-first mindset and commitment to company values Why Join Us?
