Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will support critical supply chain activities in the healthcare sector, ensuring the smooth and timely distribution of medical supplies, equipment, and other inventory to meet patient and operational needs. This role requires strong organizational skills, familiarity with logistics operations, and proficiency in key software tools such as ERP systems.

Responsibilities:

+ Coordinate and track the movement of medical supplies, inventory, and equipment within the organization’s supply chain. + Accurately log and maintain records of shipments, deliveries, and inventory using ERP solutions like IBM AS/400 and JD Edwards (JD). + Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods while adhering to compliance and regulatory standards. + Monitor inventory systems, resolve discrepancies, and prepare accurate reports for management. + Assist in identifying process improvements to enhance logistical and operational efficiencies. + Leverage technology platforms to schedule, track, and communicate logistical plans and updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Logistics:

1-2 years of experience in a logistics, supply chain, or inventory management role, preferably in the healthcare or medical supply industry. + Proficiency in

ERP Systems:

Familiarity with ERP platforms like Oracle is a plus. +

Technical Skills:
