Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work on-site with our customer in Melbourne, FL. Interested? Here’s what you’d do:
Provide administrative and clerical support specifically related to supply chain department activities, managers or staff. Maintain files, logs, records of invoices, purchase orders and other related documentation. Maintain information on computer systems. Assist in expediting orders. May assist buyers in contacting vendors to obtain prices and schedule delivery dates. May develop and maintain resources for assigned commodity items. Prepare standard requests for quotation.
Perform a variety of routine activities in support of functional areas such as production operations, engineering, or human resources for a specific project, business or a technical unit
Gather, collect, record, track and verify data and information from multiple sources
Compile, review and analyze data
Use software for functional area, to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations
May design processes to enhance work flow
Provide data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures
This position typically spends 70% of their time supporting the function
Good understanding of general job aspects and some understanding of the detailed aspects of the job

$19.23/hour

Hours:

7:30am-5:30pm (remote with quarterly office visit)

Workdays:

Monday-Friday
9/80 work week (every other Friday off)
