The Production Planner is the central interface between engineering, procurement and production. They will map the requirements from engineering (structural plan) in SAP through production, and monitor schedule compliance in production. Your Mission Create and monitor production plans outlining what needs to be produced, when, and in what quantities
Coordination of workflows to ensure that different stages of production are aligned with no bottlenecks
Identifying and addressing production issues and setbacks to minimize production delays
Data maintenance in SAP
Point of contact for production questions from program management, BG leadership team, and customers
Work cross functionally with procurement, production, and engineering to solve daily issues Planning of external material processing
Ensuring the availability of the required Jigs & Tools, operating resources, and raw materials
Responsible for the timely handling of the deviations according to the NC process
Responsible for sufficient consumables and their booking
Overseeing daily deliveries and keeping a record of shipments and suppliers
Act as the deputy program manager to support customer meetings when needed
Conduct cost analysis for new projects to ensure profitability and identify potential cost-saving opportunities Your Story Good knowledge of the SAP system and MS Office applications
Good planning and coordination skills with 7 to 10 years of experience
Solid technical and production background in a project-based industry
Good understanding of operational excellence methodologies
Solution-oriented, willing to make a difference, strong entrepreneurial thinking, as well as customer-oriented
Excellent organizational and coordination skills
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Good stress resistance and perseverance, able to stay structured and prioritize in a complex environment
Experience in space or aviation preferred
Experience woth PowerBI preferred ????
