Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Logistics Specialist to efficiently manage and process product returns within our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with RMA procedures, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities, ensuring customer satisfaction and seamless business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
RMA Processing:

Manage and process all RMA requests, ensuring that returns are handled efficiently and accurately in accordance with company policies. This includes receiving returns, obtaining necessary approvals, and ensuring proper documentation is completed.

Customer Communication:

Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding return inquiries. Provide timely updates, set clear expectations, and ensure all communications reflect the company’s commitment to excellent service.

Evaluation and Triage:

Assess returned products to determine eligibility for return, replacement, or repair, following company warranty guidelines. Collaborate with technical teams to evaluate products when necessary.

Logistics Coordination:

Work closely with logistics partners to organize shipments for replacement or repaired products. Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products to customers.

Inventory Management:

Maintain accurate records of returned products, manage USA-based inventory levels, and coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure proper handling, storage, and tracking of returns.

Process Improvement:

Analyze return data to identify trends and areas for process or product improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency and the customer experience.

Documentation:

Ensure all RMA transactions are accurately documented in the company’s ERP system. Maintain data integrity and comply with company policies and industry standards for returns.

Collaboration:

Work cross-functionally with customer service, technical support, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to resolve return-related issues, improve processes, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. 1-4 years of experience in material handling, customer support, or a related role, preferably within the telecommunications industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience working with ERP systems. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers, peers, and management. Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience in inventory management and logistics coordination. Ability to lift up to 35 lbs as part of material handling responsibilities.

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) processes and policies. Familiarity with telecommunications products and services. Knowledge of warranty policies and procedures.
