Role:
We’re looking for a Logistics Traffic Coordinator to join our team and take ownership of routing and order coordination across multiple distribution centers nationwide. In this role, you’ll be the key link between our facilities, carriers, and final mile delivery partners—ensuring efficient and accurate logistics flow every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain national transportation routes from various distribution centers. Coordinate carrier pickups and ensure timely dispatch of freight. Assign and schedule orders to local final mile delivery points. Track and follow up on delivery transit times and receiving confirmations. Update and maintain our internal Shipping Management System (SMS). Work within our custom Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, etc.). Monitor operations closely to avoid delays or errors—accuracy and timing are critical.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of logistics or transportation coordination experience. Strong computer skills and the ability to learn and work within custom systems. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook). High attention to detail—this role demands precision. Excellent time management and reliability—punctuality is a must. Strong work ethic, dedication, and the drive to grow with the company.
